Gang member already facing drug charges accused of raping teen (Salt Lake City, UT): A documented gang member currently facing federal drug and firearms charges was charged Monday in state court with raping a teenage girl. Daniel "D-Mac" Silva, 27, of Salt Lake City, is charged in 3rd District Court with rape and forcible sodomy, both first-degree felonies, and obstructing justice, a second-degree felony.
