Officers explain signs of gangs (Wilkesboro, NC): Law enforcement officials talked about indicators of the presence of gangs and said they're in Wilkes County during a meeting Saturday morning. "We do have gang-related graffiti. We don't see anywhere near the scale of what's in big cities, but to say they (gang members) are not here, we are lying to ourselves," said Capt.
