The suit was filed against the city, its police officers, and former Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson on behalf of all current and future people in the database, four named plaintiffs who are in the database, and several community groups.

MS-13 Members and Associates Arrested for Sex Trafficking a Minor (Alexandria, VA): Eleven members or close associates of the MS-13 gang were arrested this week relating to the sexual exploitation and physical abuse of a minor in northern Virginia and Maryland. “Sex traffickers often prey upon the most vulnerable victims in our society, and when combined with the horrific abuses of a gang like MS-13, the effects can be devastating,” said G. COVID-19 is a factor for increase in Akron’s gun violence, police say (Akron, OH): The Akron Police Department said shootings in the city have increased over the last several months, citing the coronavirus pandemic for one of the factors in the spike. Three arrested during Tulare County gang suppression detail (Tulare County, CA): During a weekend gang suppression detail, Tulare County detectives arrested two men and a teenage boy. Detectives found stolen firearms and drugs. TAGNET (Tulare Area Gang and Narcotic Enforcement Team) went out into the streets beginning Friday as a part of "ongoing efforts to reduce gang violence in Tulare County," sheriff's officials stated.

State police arrest four fugitives wanted for violent crimes in Paterson (Paterson, NJ): Four men wanted for violent crimes, including recent shootings, have been arrested by the New Jersey State Police. Warlin Castillo, 19; Rhajhson Hawkins, 19; Eugeonce Coleman, 28; and Larry Cox, 55, all of Paterson, were arrested during a sweep in Paterson on Friday, authorities said.
