Durham, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, announced that MIGUEL CLAUDIO, also known as “Mega,” 36, of Hartford, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer in New Haven to 96 months of imprisonment, followed by five years of supervised release, for firearm offenses related to a shootout in Hartford’s South End in April 2017.

Court documents claim 28-year-old Timothy Sawyer-House, aka “Trouble,” was part of a Portsmouth-based “line” of the Nine Trey Gangsters (NTG), a gang affiliated with the United Blood Nation.

The alleged perpetrator, Juan Martinez, was a Rancho San Pedro gang member who went by the name “Flaco” in the streets. He was arrested, but no one seemed to know exactly what happened to the murder weapon. However, the unsealing of the federal indictments of more than a dozen members of the Rancho San Pedro gang revealed new details on that murder.
