Forest Grove police seek citizen help in eliminating gang-related graffiti (Forest Grove, OR): A sudden uptick in graffiti, much of it gang-related, has sparked concern among Forest Grove police and other residents. The Forest Grove Police Department received 22 reports of gang-related graffiti this January, compared to eight such reports in January 2011.
