2020 trial dates set for members of alleged Weber County street gang, criminal enterprise (Ogden, UT): Trial dates have been set for five men accused of being a part of a criminal conspiracy in Weber County. The five — Tamer Ahmed Hebeishy, Sadat Ahmed Hebeishy, Daniel Ray Lopez, Brock Pickett and Jaron Michael Sadler — were all charged in June 2016 with one count of pattern of unlawful activity, a first-degree felony. All have entered not guilty pleas to the charge.

14-year-old charged in Utah Walmart stabbing (Sandy, UT): A 14-year-old boy has been charged with stabbing a rival gang member in the back while at a Sandy Walmart. The boy is charged in 3rd District Juvenile Court with aggravated assault, a second-degree felony, and possession of a dangerous weapon by a minor, a class B misdemeanor.

Utah gang leader captured by U.S. Marshalls task force (Salt Lake City, UT): The fugitive leader of a popular Utah gang has been arrested outside Chicago. Jim Paul Deli, a.k.a. JP Delli was taken into custody May 21 after fleeing an attempted traffic stop by Deputy US Marshals from the Great Lakes Regional Task Force.

Teen shot multiple times in possible gang-related incident in Salt Lake City (Salt Lake City, UT): Police are investigating a shooting that occurred Saturday night when two teens, both male, were arguing in a vehicle in the area of 823 N. Members, Associates Of Norteño Street Gang Charged In Heroin, Methamphetamine Drug Case (Salt Lake City, UT): Thirty-three members and associates of the Norteño street gang allegedly responsible for distributing drugs around the Salt Lake City area are facing federal charges in recently unsealed complaints filed in federal court. During the investigation, agents seized methamphetamine and heroin headed to Salt Lake City from drug cartels in Mexico and drug proceeds from Utah headed south to cartels in Mexico.
