Deputies arrest 2nd suspect in gang shooting (Tulare County, CA): A second suspect has been arrested in a gang related shooting that happened in January. On March 10, detectives with the Tulare County gang unit arrested Marcos Moreno in the area of Avenue 328 and Road 108 of Visalia in connection with an attempted homicide on Jan. 10, 2018. Moreno was arrested without incident.
