Visalia gang violence fell last year (Visalia, CA): Gang violence dropped by half in Visalia last year, police said today. Gang-related homicides fell by 25%, gang-related assaults with deadly weapons decreased 56% and drive-by shootings into homes went down 44%, the department said.
