The numbers aren't huge yet for enforcement of the state's first gang injunction -- about 20 arrests for failure to abate a public nuisance, including two of members found with drugs or weapons that led to felony charges.

Border Patrol arrests MS-13 gang member (Kelso, CA): U.S. Border Patrol agents from Yuma Sector apprehended an admitted MS-13 gang member Wednesday. The agents, who are assigned to the Blythe Station, received a call from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Office asking to assist U.S. park rangers with a self-professed illegal alien.

M-13 gang member sentenced to 10 years in 2008 drive-by shooting (Loudoun County, VA): A member of the street gang Mara Salvatrucha, commonly known as MS-13, was sentenced Dec. 10 to 10 years in prison for his role in a 2008 drive-by shooting in Sterling, the Loudoun County commonwealth's attorney said in a statement.
