Possible gang violence recorded on school bus (Summerville, SC): Three juveniles were charged with third degree assault and interfering with a school bus operation after allegedly beating up another student on a Dorchester County School District Two bus on Sept. 27. According to the incident report, the victim was accused of "disrespecting" the gang "Folk Nation" and displaying other gang signs by his alleged attackers — both actions the victim denied in the report.

Brown Jr. has signed SB 26 and Executive Order B-11-11, to help deprive criminals and gang leaders in California’s prisons of one of their favorite means of organizing criminal activity: the contraband cellular phone.
