Female Newark gang member is charged in fatal shooting of East Orange woman (Newark, NJ): A 21-year-old female gang member from Newark has been charged with murdering another woman in Elizabeth last week, authorities said today. Tiffany Moore, a confirmed member of the Piru set of the Bloods street gang, is charged in the death of 19-year-old Felicia Hester, an East Orange resident gunned down in Elizabeth around 2 a.m. on Sept. 22, according to Union County Prosecutor Theodore Romankow.
