Defendants held for trial for April shooting at Chico trailer park (Chico, CA): A trial date will be set for two of three males charged for an April 6 shooting at a Chico trailer park. Butte County Superior Court Judge Stephen Benson ruled Tuesday there was probable cause to hold defendants Jasper Frank Sandoval III and Zachary Martin Winstead, both of Chico, for trial on felony counts of assault with a semi-automatic weapon and shooting at an occupied dwelling. They also face the special allegation that their acts were gang related.
