Any person who is a participant in a drive-by shooting is guilty of an offense.
Drive by shooting is a Class I offense. A person convicted of drive by shooting shall not be eligible for suspension of sentence, probation, pardon or any other release from custody until the sentence imposed by the Court is fully served.
